中文摘要 作为推动人们终身学习、适应时代发展的学习方式，自主学习成为教育研究的一个主旋律。随着基础课程改革的不断发展与深入，音乐教育的改革与发展也如火如荼地进行着，培养中学生音乐自主学习能力成为音乐教育工作者面临的新课题。本人以前人的研究成果为基础，以现代教育论为指导，首先分析了自主学习的含义、特征、影响因素及国内外的研究现状；然后阐述了中学生音乐自主学习能力的含义及意义；并采用问卷的方法对当前中学生音乐自主学习的现状进行了调查与分析；进而提出了培养中学生音乐自主学习能力的策略。即增强音乐学习的内在动机、提高元认知知识、实施合理的评价机制、创建良好的外部环境；最后提出了中学音乐自主课堂教学的评价标准(并附案例加以阐述)。

英文摘要 Self-access learning, a new learning style pushing the life-long learning and meeting the demand of the development of current times, has become a hot issue in educational research. With the reform in basic lessons going increasingly deeper, education of music is also undergoing dramatic reform and development and, how to cultivate the self-access learning ability of secondary school students has become a new task confronting the musical educationists.
